Determining Check-in Timing for Once-Daily or Every-Other-Day Visits
When we schedule non-medicated once per day or every-other-day visits we will always schedule these visits as flexible. This means that they will be completed during the course of our sitters day, but not at a specific time. In the client portal the timing window will show as Flexible.
Determining Check-in Timing for Twice-Daily Non-Medicated Visits
When we schedule non-medicated visits that will occur twice per day they will be scheduled in the morning (AM - 8am - 12pm) and in the evening (PM - 6pm - 10pm). In the client portal the timing will show for each visit as either AM - 8am-12pm or PM - 6pm - 10pm.
Determining Check-in Timing for Medicated Visits
When we schedule medicated visits we will schedule them for the 2 hour service window that best suits your pet(s) medication schedule. For example, if you usually give your pet(s) their medication(s) at 8am, we will schedule the visits to occur between 8am-10am and include a priorty note for staff that your pet(s) require medications. The same would be repeated for the evening visit to best suit their usual schedule. In the client portal the timing should appear as the 2 hour window in each visit that best suits your pet(s) medication(s) schedule - for example: AM - 8am-10am & PM - 6pm-8pm.
